Golden Heart Hero Pals began with a belief that stories and familiar companions can help courage feel more personal.
A mission shaped by service and love.
Golden Heart Hero Pals was founded by U.S. Army veteran KG Stewart. The inspiration grew from the loss of her infant son, who was born on the Marine Corps birthday, and from her service at Walter Reed in 2003, where she supported wounded service members and their families.
Those experiences inspired a comforting world of original animal characters created especially for teenagers, military families, veterans, and anyone who needs a reminder that they are not alone.
